Service

We provide automated photo processing that aims to meet published official photo specifications. Because requirements can change without notice, you remain responsible for verifying the photo against the latest requirements of the issuing authority before submitting it.

Retakes

Each paid session includes a retake code allowing a limited number of free regenerations if your photo is rejected by the authority.

Acceptable use

Upload only photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission. Uploads of minors are permitted only by their parent or legal guardian.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for application rejections, travel disruptions or consequential losses. VisaPhoto Studio is not affiliated with any government agency.
